What happens to the files you send us
The short version: your files go to one person, they are deleted after 90 days, and nothing is sold or tracked.
What I collect
- What you type into a form: name, company, email, phone if you give it, and your message.
- Files you upload for a free teardown or mockup.
- A yes or no from Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person sent the form. There is no puzzle to solve.
- Page view counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not follow you to other sites.
Where it lives
Uploaded files are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket in the US. The form itself is sent to my inbox as an email, with links to the files that stop working after 7 days. The site does not keep a copy of the form anywhere else.
Who can see it
Only me, Coby (Jacob) Peters. Two companies handle it on the way: Cloudflare runs the site and stores the files, and Resend delivers the email to my inbox. I don't share your files or details with anyone else.
How long it is kept
Uploaded files are deleted automatically 90 days after you send them. The email with your form stays in my inbox until I delete it or you ask me to. If you become a client, what you send for your build is covered by our agreement.
Deleting your data
Email me at jpeters@midwestonlinesolutions.com from the address you used and ask. I'll delete your files and emails and reply when it's done.
What I never do
- Sell or rent your data.
- Use Google Analytics, a Meta pixel or any other third-party tracker.
- Set cookies for ads or tracking.
- Ask for logins to your carriers or systems.
Booking a call
The booking page shows a calendar run by a scheduling service. It loads only when you open it, and what you enter there goes to that service under its own privacy policy.
